How do I get access?
Send us a note with the kind of roles you hire for and how many searches a month you expect to run. We will come back with a plan and a credit allowance that fits.
How does credit pricing work?
A subscription grants a monthly allowance of credits. Searching and reading a ranked shortlist is free; a credit is spent only when you reveal a candidate’s contact details, and it is refunded automatically if nothing deliverable is found.
I am a candidate — how do I join or leave?
Write to us and we will send you the talent bank form, which records your consent explicitly. If you would rather not appear at all, tell us and we will add you to our suppression list, which is checked on every search and every data sync, and purge any cached contact details.
Where does your candidate data come from?
From candidates who join our talent bank directly, and from licensed data vendors. We do not scrape LinkedIn or any other website, and every third-party record carries the source it came from and the date we fetched it.
